Technological operations

The first stages of the pasteurized milk production  technological process are made with the help of equipment complex for acceptance, cooling, processing, keeping and transportation of raw materials.

It is used metal tanks for keeping milk. Pumps pump milk and its products.

The reception of raw materials is made with the help of scales (milk counters), separators- milk purifier, plate coolers, filters and service equipment.

The leading line complex consists of homogenizer, pasteurizer and containers for storing milk before filling.

The final complex of the line equipment provides filling, packing, storage and transportation of finished products. It contains packing machines and equipment for expeditions and finished goods warehouses.
