Brand new: automatic cheese demoulding line

The automatic demoulding line (LAR-600) is designed to extract cheese moulds from plastic moulds. The line works with both round and rectangular moulds and allows you to press out up to 600 moulds  for cheese per hour.

The introduction of the automatic line allows reducing labor costs and speed up the production process.

Run at a dairy plant

The automatic demoulding line is started up and is running successfully in a dairy plant. There is a model that allows you to extract round and rectangular cheeses from the mould. Automation of the demoulding section helped our client to increase the volume of milk processing for 40 tons and optimize the number of employees in production.,
