Operation principle

Cheese moulds filled with cheese curd are placed on the pallet. The stops transmit the force to the lid of the mould with the cheese so the whey is pressed and the curd is settled.

The customer, based on the used cheese baths and cheese makers, determines the design of the press (the number of modules) and the number of adjustable tables.
