Manual controls: the operator sets the pressure and ensures the necessary pressing time.
Automatic controls: a control panel that automatically adjusts the pressure and pressing time.
Operation modes
The system controls two basic parameters – pressure and pressing time. Operation programs are logged based on these two settings.
The vertical press has two operation modes:
1. Step-by-step operation program that involves several pressing programs one after another.
2. Manual input of the pressure and time settings by the operator
The second mode resembles the operation of a manual press but that is not exactly the case. Imagine that an operator manually set the pressure (somewhat inaccurately) and let the machine press for 30 minutes. He then turned off the pressure not in 30 but in 35 minutes – that resulted in failing to keep the technology right and subpar quality of the product.
An automatic press would turn off the pressure in 30 minutes by itself, and that allows you to have trust both in the pressing quality level and compliance with the right technology.
The horizontal press is engineered to keep even pressure at every point of pressure. That provides the same pressure put on every mould and ensures the high quality of chees mass.
Cheese pressing in a horizontal press is realized by means of pneumocylinders with a base plate and a series of parallel guideways, installed horizontally at different height levels.
Every section has autonomous controls. For more precision there are pressure gauges for every cylinder level.
The press comes with a tray for collecting whey.
